Most of us are aware of the great holiday of Halloween. To a few who aren’t, Halloween is a holiday which is celebrated on the 31st of October every year. The holiday has its roots in the Celtic festival known as Samhain. On Halloween day, people tend to decorate their houses and yards with creative toys to add fun to the holiday. Depending upon your taste and creativity you can decorate your lawn with lots of cheaply available things around you. The more and more creative you are, the more and more people enjoy your decorations. Here are few tips on decorating your yard for this Halloween.

Depending upon your taste and creativity you can decorate your lawn with lots of cheaply available things around you. The more and more creative you are, the more and more people enjoy your decorations. Here are few tips on decorating your yard for this Halloween.
Apart from these lanterns, you could also decorate your lawn with some cutout Headstones made up of cardboard. These are the easy things that can decorate your lawn, as it does not require many things and are relatively cheap. All that you need is a piece of cardboard and a scissors to do the crafting work. You can cut out the headstone shapes from the piece of cardboard or even from an old box. You could also paint them with glittery colors so that it attracts people who pass by them. To make the things funnier, you could also add the names of your neighbors whom you know will stop by these stones along with a funny brief of the cause of their death. These would make the occasion funny, as it would encourage some conversations and laughter.
In addition to these, you can also do something funky and retro like skel-o-mingos – or Halloween decorated flamingos. These flamingos stand about 33 inches tall and when in pairs make your yard pretty scary and the envy of your neighbors.
Hanging spiders and bats will also make your yard look great during the Halloween day. There are lots of craft stores available online that deal with these plastic bats and spiders especially during the Halloween season. You can hang these hang out in the trees in your garden. To make things creative, you could make some spider webs with the help of cardboard and place these spiders in these webs. Choose these hanging bats and spiders according to your budget. You could also decorate your yard using illumination bags. These are nothing but bags that contain tiny lights or candles within them. Apart from decorating your lawn, these bags are also useful during the nighttime, as they emit light and prevent your kids from falling down and getting hurt. These bags are also available in different designs from online stores and you could choose one according to your budget.
