We will also accept purchase orders from government and educational agencies.
Our Return Policy
Your satisfaction
with our products is our number-one goal! If after receiving your item you
determine that it was not what you expected, simply contact us
by phone at 888-838-7318 within 30 days of the original item delivery
date for a return
authorization number and return instructions. Once we receive the
returned item, we will verify the item's condition and issue a refund. In order to qualify for a full product refund, the
item must be returned in like-new condition, in the original
retail box with all parts, accessories, etc. Shipping charges are not refundable.
The following items cannot be returned for a
refund:
- Used Flamingos and
Lawn Ornaments
- Holiday Lawn
Ornaments (after the holiday)
- Custom flamingo
banners
- Special order items
Defective Items Policy:
Defective items can be returned for exchange within 30 days of the original item
delivery date. After
30 days returns will not be accepted. To exchange a
defective item, please contact us by phone at 888-838-7318 within 30 days of the original item
delivery date for a
return authorization number and return instructions.
GAME IT & Hevla Coffee FFC will reimburse customers for
shipping costs incurred for returning orders containing shipment packing errors
made by US. Return
shipping reimbursements will be limited to the original amount charged by
GAME IT & Hevla Coffee FFC for shipping that item. Customers are responsible
for shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

respects the privacy and security needs of it's customers. Our online
store offers secure (SSL) encrypted transactions so our customers can
safely provide credit card and other confidential information over the
internet.
USA Internet Sales, LLC does not sell or share customer names,
addresses, phone numbers or email addresses with third parties. We
will email customers with order tracking information and other important
order information. We will occasionally contact our customers by
email to inform them of special promotions, sales, product information and
new products. Customers will have the option of opting out of our
contact list at any time by following the removal directions found at the
bottom of such emails.
Customer phone numbers are requested for order
verification and other order related issues. We will not use
customer phone numbers for telemarketing purposes.
1) Customer information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without the consent of the customer, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested by the customer.
2) Private Customer information (credit cards, S.S. Numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.
3) Customer will not receive any continual email solicitation from the company, unless the customer consents to the solicitation at checkout, or through a double opt-in process. And, if the customer does consent to receive email from the company, the company agrees to have a simple unsubscribe option available, along with unsubscribe instructions in every email.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?
The shipping cost depends on the total weight or size of the
shipping boxes and the destination distance from our warehouse in Endicott, NY (13760). Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping cost
for you during the check out process as you enter the ship-to information.

How Long Will It Take For My Product(s) To Arrive?
Our standard
shipping method is FedEx Ground (includes Home Delivery) which offers delivery
in 2 to 5 days from Endicott,NY according to the map shown below.
We normally ships within 2 business days
of order receipt and many orders ship same-day. Shipments are prepared
Monday through Friday. If we are out of stock on an
ordered item, or determine that it will take 3 days or longer to leave our
warehouse, we will notify the customer by email. The transit times shown
below are in effect after the order ships from our warehouse.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
We ship to Canada only. Canadian customers must call in their orders by phone. All orders are shipped by UPS Ground. Customers are responsible for all duties and broker fees.
OVERNIGHT AND 2-DAY SHIPPING:
We also offer expedited
services through FedEx or UPS such as Overnight and 2-Day shipping. If you need an order shipped Overnight
or 2-Day, please call in your order to 888-838-7318. Expedited
orders must be called in by 12:00pm (eastern) in order to be shipped same-day.
Please note:
For FedEx Ground (to commercial locations), a business day does not include Saturdays,
Sundays, or holidays.
For FedEx Home Delivery, a business day does not include Mondays, Sundays, or
holidays. FedEx Home Delivery does deliver on Saturdays.
Example: You ship a package on Monday that takes 2 business days to arrive.
You do not count the day you ship as a business day, so your package would
arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
